Did you order the wrong item and want to return it? No problem! You can return any items purchased from tonerdruck.ch for free. If you wish to revoke your contract declaration, you have the following options:

 

Formal Revocation Declaration (according to legal requirements)

 

Submit a formal revocation declaration within 14 days of receiving the goods, for example, in writing by email, post, fax, or telephone. We recommend using our sample form. Then send the goods back to us within 14 days.

 

Revocation Declaration by Return

 

You can simply submit your revocation declaration directly by returning the goods within 60 days of delivery.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The return must be made in an outer carton and in one shipment. If you want to return multiple items, they must be sent back in a single shipment.

Returns are only accepted with the return label provided by us. Please understand that we cannot accept unpaid shipments.

Once we have received your goods, we will refund the amount within a few days.

 

Depending on the payment method, you will receive:

 

For credit card payments: Credit to the credit card account
For PayPal payments: Credit to the PayPal account
